1. Introduction
Welcome to Bystone Events. By booking an event or hiring our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. General Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made before the event date.
- Any damages to hired equipment or venue space during an event will be charged to the customer.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Bystone Events cancels the booking.
- Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
4. Liability
- Bystone Events is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that occurs during an event unless caused by our direct negligence.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all guests follow safety guidelines and venue rules.
5. Bouncy Castle Party Terms
- A £50 deposit is strictly non-refundable. This applies to all bouncy castle party bookings.
- If you have booked additional time for your party, you may be eligible for a refund or a change to the booking time to accommodate the extra time, subject to availability.
- The responsible adult booking the party must sign a waiver before the event, accepting liability for any injuries or damages that may occur.
- The maximum number of children allowed in the venue at one time is 30, in accordance with our insurance policy.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Bystone Events reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before making a booking.
